Hopwood Dog Run Rules & Terms
Please read our rules and terms carefully to help keep Hopwood Dog Run safe and enjoyable for all. By booking the Hopwood Dog Run you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.
- All bookings must be made online in advance.
- The field is hired in 50-minute time slots.
- Please arrive on time and vacate the field by the end of your booking.
- Late departures may impact the next booking and incur additional charges.
- Bookings are made only through the website hopwooddogpark.com or through calling the business number 077746 31347.
- Cash will be accepted if you bring more dogs than specified in your booking (3 adults, 5 dogs per booking.) The field can only be used if it has been booked & paid for prior to arrival.
- Please clean up after your dog
- The hirer must bring their own poop bags and remove ALL dog poop after their dog(s). The Hopwood Dog Park will provide a poop bin.
- Respect the field and leave it as you found it.
- Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times. and use one of the allowed 3 people max per booking slot.
- Professional dog walkers will only be allowed by prior arrangement. No sub letting of the field is allowed. Anyone hiring it on a professional basis can do so with the managements permission (phone 077746 31347.)
- Dogs are your responsibility at all times.
- Please ensure your dog is well behaved and under effective control.
- Do not leave your dog unattended.
- We recommend dogs are fit and healthy before visiting.
- 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
- Refunds can only be given for cancelled bookings if that space is filled by another client.
- In the event of dangerous weather, we may close the field for safety reasons.
- Bookings are non-transferable. The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions of Hopwood Dog Run.
- No responsibility will be taken by the land owner/s or organisers for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property.
- All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by Hopwood Dog Run.
- Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner. All dogs using Hopwood Dog Run must be fully up-to-date with their flu/booster inoculations.
- Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Harsh handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
- Any owners who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify a member of the team on site. Any additional sessions used must be paid for.
